Why, thank you very much! I got the idea at a local art fair, where a woman was matting and framing black and white letters to make words or names.....and the letters were photos like these but she had only one style of each letter so if you had multiple same letters in your name you would have the same image multiple times. Anyway, they were matted and framed straight across but I wouldn't have been able to fit OXYMENTO across so I used a grid. Once I had my images stacked and spaced, I started messing with colors and hues. Thanks so much for the fave and watch...I hope you find other photos in my gallery that you like as well. I didn't take any of the others...I used them from this site and manipulated - cropped - arranged them for this collage. I don't mean to mislead. I wanted to spell out 'oxymento' and so, searched archives for the proper letters and went to work on them.
It is really cool. Proper credit for this goes to Paleuf at this [link] I 'borrowed' the letters I needed from other artists to make this collage. My intent was not to deceive but to create a new piece of art.
